In June 2007, Strathallen Capital Corp. formed Strathallen Industrial Property Fund LP No. 1 (SIPF No.1), an investment vehicle comprised of private investors and managed by Strathallen.  Current portfolio consists of three properties located throughout Ontario and Quebec.

Properties under management have the following characteristics:

• Size ranging from 87,000 – 156,000 square feet
• Location in a major Canadian market
• Clear ceiling height of at least 18' unless the building is a multi tenant complex
