On behalf of its Investor Clients Strathallen is pleased to announce the disposition of a retail property on Dundas Street in Woodstock, Ontario.  At time of sale, the Property consisting of 41,000 SF in two buildings, was 100% occupied.

During the term of management, Strathallen successfully executed lease deals with several new tenants including a 25,000 SF Giant Tiger store and completed a 3,500 SF addition to the centre and subsequently leased it to easyhome.
