Bullfrog Mall is a 54,742 sf strip centre located at 380 Eramosa Road in the north end of Guelph, Ontario and is anchored by Food Basics.  Other Tenants of the plaza include the Guelph Public Library, Eramosa Physiotherapy, Dollarama, Tim Hortons and Pizza Pizza.  The Property is 100% leased to a mix national, regional and local tenants.

These investments represent the second and third acquisitions for Strathallen Retail Property Fund LP No. 3.
